Removed the air dam this evening. Plan to get the Mazzulla skid plate and bar once it's available at SDHQ

SWEET! Is your truck black or tungsten?

All these blacked out 2016s make me want one!

Haggled a guy on CL for his set of Tahoe wheels and slapped my BF Goodrich's on them. Love the look, and am happy I achieved the look I was going for without having to do aftermarket wheels.

Looks great. What size tires are you running? Do you have a level installed?

The tow hooks can be removed and the knuckles serve no purpose after assembly. I say go for it! That skid plate is awesome...

Call Gunnell's Tire & Auto (480) 844-1090 and ask for Ryan. He can take care of everything if you choose to go that route.

Do I just grind the knuckles off?

Yes but it's a PITA with a reciprocating saw... If you have access to a plasma cutter use that haha

So can you put the tow hooks back on later it you wanted?

Oh yeah definitely. They just bolt on. Takes maybe 5 minutes.

So am I looking at where you cut that knuckle off flush from the bottom of that metal beam, or did you make a cut on the end of it? We may have to meet up when I get ready to install this skid plate, lol

Hey man nice build. Quick question, I did the same thing as you with replacing the amp step strips. Unfortunately mine look kinda purple which look horrible against the puddle lights. Do yours match?

Mine are a pure white. No purple at all. I think they are cool white

Nice I think I'm going to order new ones then. I mean mine do the job but you don't put $5 lights on a $52k truck lol
