Being from CA it looks kind of fun, but can see how salt and the cold could get annoying quickly

No salt in Washington, we use a spray (kind of like an eviromentaly friendly anti freeze) on the roads. It is a PITA to get off of your truck, and is a dirt magnet.

First snow in a couple of years here in suburban Seattle - got 10 inches last night!

Got up early to get some pictures in the dark.  (BTW, let me know if I am posting too much here...)

Out on Novelty Hill Road at 7am - it should be a mile long bumper to bumper traffic, I stopped the truck got out and took a picture.  Surprised that King County actually plowed this road. I think they have about 3 plows in the whole county.

No garage? Cool picture of the wheel. Wife has a cousin that lives in that area. We have the family Christmas get together there every year.

How do you like the Westins? Do the steps line up well for getting in and out? I like those. Nice truck!

:) - Little over powered for such a small space, but JL Audio rocks for sure.. I'm not into the big bass sound, but the 12 inch ported JL Audio box does rock.

I just bought essentially the same truck last week...silver 2017 LTZ w/ 2LZ, but am just in the planning stages on mods. It has the OEM power retractable running boards, which I'll probably keep as I can't justify the expense of aftermarket retractables when I already have a pair that get close. Mild lift/level and bigger wheels and tires planned, same basic concept as you... I'm thinking something like 1" rear, 2.5" front (a little lift, a little level, and a little remaining rake) and maybe 33" tires on 20" wheels if I can safely make that work. Also deleting the front lip and replacing with a plate for clearance, clear bra the front end, improve the exhaust note, and maybe blackout the handles, rub rails, and hood insets.
