05 Silverado had oil changed and tires rotated at a NON-chevy dealer a

I had my oil changed and tires rotated .... as soon as I drive out the door..... I notice my SERVICE AIRBAG light on and the DIC has the
message of Service Airbag.

 

Is this a coincidence or do you think the Dealer is Deceptive?

 

Sure seems weird.

Maybe when they cleared the change oil this came on??

I had an airbag light come on in my GMT-800. It went off when I restarted the truck. However, I pushed on the connections at the front of the vehicle (by the bumper) and it never came back on.

Gmt-800s are notorious for those front impact sensors going bad.
