I have a GMC Terrain with cloth seats. Everytime I get out I get shocked by the door! Does anyone else have this problem?? Thanks

They say rubbing a dryer sheet over your seat prevents this, I don't know how often you would have to do this and have never actually gotten arround to trying this myself, but have had the same problem.Give it a try and let me know if it helps.

Thank you Travis. I also talked to the dealer. They said that have not gotten any complains of getting shocked. I will try the dryer sheets. I was reading other forums and someone said they had to do this every 2 to 3 days.

It's common here in Wisconsin in winter I find using the window to close the door helps or a jacket sleeve if it bothers you I think it's just cause I grew up with it that it doesn't bother me though except the ones that make all of my hair stand on end
