Yukon Denali XL awd?

I'm borrowing a Yukon Denali xl 2004 and noticed it doesn't have the auto4 and 4x4 buttons like my Yukon. Are they all AWD or is this possibly 2wd? Not sure if i want to drive it up north if there is going to be a snow storm.

Denali's are AWD.
