Parts List Help for Factory Fog Kit, 06 silverado

I was going to order the factory fog kit, 17802547, for my pickup and it has been discontinued. I watched one dealer on ebay go from 199 to 350 over night. So not I am wondering how hard it would be to order the pieces separate and install it. Also the instructions if anyone still has it. I know its not too hard, fog lights, relay, switch, harness.

 

I am just not sure how hard it or what it would take to build the wiring harness my self. I have wire and determination which will get me a long way, just maybe no light. So my real driving question is on the harness,is it one wire from the D6 terminal to both fogs, then add a ground?

I called the dealer again for part numbers and he helped me find four stores within an 8 state distance that had the kit in stock. Main, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvanian. None in Michigan though. Ordered one from Ohio,
