HID Trouble Shooting

Hello Everyone,

 

First post on this forum so I will get to it.

 

Before I started modding my 14 Silverado, I read what I could about the HID projects.

 

I went with the Retrofit Source: ordered the 3Five H16 & H11 bulbs for the low beam and driving lights with the Relay Harnesses.

 

After getting them installed, its a hit and miss on getting them to fire up at the same time, low beams favor the drivers side with the driving lights favoring the passenger side, turning the low beams on first then turning on the drivers for sequencing.When the driving lights are not firing up you can hear the transformer buzzing in the cab.

 

Doesn't seam to be any rhyme or reason to the operation. After fiddling with the switch, on/off, can get all 4 to light up. Not what I was anticipating,

 

The aftermarket shop I had them installed at is well known in our area and has been around for many years.

 

Any trouble shooting advice or thoughts welcome.
