U want a spare 35 u better get a roof rack or a back rack to tie it to! The stock size is pretty stuffed in there I wouldn't think you could go much bigger

Yes, it will easily fit. I have a 34" spare with no mods required whatsoever. It looks like a 37" tire would fit based on the extra room I have with the 34" spare installed. By comparison, a similar sized spare did not fit underneath on my 07 Tundra.
