2006 Silverado 155 Creaking Drivers Seat

When driving and coming to a stop or leaning forward my drivers seat makes a creaking noise all of a sudden. Soundls like it is coming from the outside / drivers side of the seat. Did not do this before and suddenly i notice the noise.

Anyone have this issue before? Lose recliner mounting, cushion loose, or any ideas?

Drives me nuts when driving. Dont like creaks, squeaks, noises etc in vehicles. Guess i am a stickler for these items.

Any Ideas to help this old man out ?

I have noticed it with people in my passenger seat a couple times. But I can't make it do it??

mine was originally diagnosed as the springs and mesh inside the base of the seat (under the cushion). Seat was adjusted and I didnt care after that

Well the pivot point on the seat had its lubrication dry up and the metal was squeaking. So delaer cleaned and lubed up and all gone. So no more noise. Well at least not from the seat.

Now the door panel making noise. Here we go again. Ear plugs anyone..
