I'm sure you will be proud of your truck when completed.  The suggestion I'd make is to return the the dash pad above the instrument cluster back to stock.  The reflection in the windshield under different conditions will prove to be very annoying.

You are correct, I took it for a spin and red is all I could see, so I made it mostly black and keep the red around the front.

Plasti dip underneath, and apple gloss red and black splatter, the all red was too bright.

oh! Clever idea of using the plastidip as the base. I hadn't thought of that before. That's nice as it should make removal of paint both possible and easy (at least compared to paint alone).

It’s not bad, can still be hard to get off but not impossible.
Just make sure to do 4-6 layer of it

I have a airraid cold air tube waiting to be installed.

This is on top of all the following I’ve already done:

amp research steps

rollbak cover

gm all weather mats

JL sub/ kicker amp

factory bed lights added

yellow led fog lights

tinted front windows

chrome tip

round wheel well plugs

pocket stake plugs

power tail gate lock

trailer brake controller (Reese remote mount)

up next is fixing the hail damage from a few weeks ago. White truck with hail dents literally makes it like a golf ball. Haha. Oh well pdr here we come!

I like my Texas edition emblems.

On my truck  that’s in Colorado with Arkansas plates.  I bought it in KS while I lived in MO. Original owner was from OK.  My truck gets around.  Haha.

(Ok I need to tag my truck in Co, we’ve only been here three weeks)
