As promised more pics! Finally got the light bar installed behind the grill. I did a quick turn on and off to see how it shines, but I think I need to raise it a tad. Sorry didn’t get pics of that....yet. I also took off the front lower valance. (More stock parts to clutter the garage). c9c94c0ecdfb625ecf9757223c21cf58.jpg

Where did you buy this setup?  Looks good.

The brake controller I bought from etrailer.com the other parts I bought from https://www.otrattw.net

these are the pieces I ordered:

SKU Product Item price Quantity Total
VME-01 Snap-In V-Series Switch Bracket, End, Set of 2 $3.50   1 $3.50
VHP-CAR V-Series Panel Plug $1.35   2 $2.70
Subtotal: $6.20
Shipping cost: $4.00
Total: $10.20

then I ordered the switch bezel for models with the factory brake controller (GM Part #22830877). I used a dremel to cut out the opening to accommodate the switch plate. It all took me about 90 minutes to complete.

Installed new PML diff cover. ,and changed out fluids in the front and rear diffs along with the transfer case. All fluids replaced with AMSOIL products. Next up, trans fluid service, as soon as I get the courage up to deal with the crossover exhaust pipe.
