Not familiar with the 2014, what are the two dimples with holes at the bottom of the fender?

Those dimples or holes are where a little black plastic pc goes. This pic is from the shop that's doing all my work the had to cut the inner fender a little so they had to remove them to trim then they are going back on.

That thing looks sweet, I'm not usually a fan of 24's but those are nice. I wouldn't put flares on it either, it looks perfect just how it sits.
