Ok here goes.. Good news Just received my console from Ebay Salvage yard console. $75 shipped Installed Drove down the road to program the HL and BANG in 5 seconds was programmed. Drove back to my garage---pressed the button and the door opened. Pressed again it closed. Success The consoles from Priority...... are faulty. Time for my next upgrade..

Did you happen to get the part # and/or date of the transmitter?

Just sent my two consoles back to priorityautomotive. So, I'm looking forward to getting my money back so I can do this! I'm wiring in my DL3 mirrors and auto dimming rear view with them as well. Added leather, heated seats and a full center console too. Removed the chrome bumper and have a black painted one now and added the chrome bumper filler at the bottom with tow hooks. The truck looks so much better inside and out. I just can't stop coming up with things to do. My next things are heated steering wheel, add passenger power seat and LED tails.

That's awesome. My next upgrade is install electric cutout y to a loud muffler on one side and the stock muffler on the other side. This way I can control the volume of the exhaust. and have dual exhaust. Going to try to use the sunroof switch in the overhead console to open and close the valve.

The date was 2015 on the transmitter. I don't think that matters. Good luck

Alright so just an update. Got a new transmitter. Switched up part numbers to a newer model transmitter (23341161). Plugged it in and everything programs just fine.

Just FYI. I did go through a couple of other bad transmitters from different vendors. So I think part # 22944268 has some bad transmitters floating around.

Not sure why there would be an issue. As long as you have power to the transmitter, it should be able to be programmed as it is a 'self contained' unit that doesn't require anything else to do with the vehicles computer system, ONLY the power plug is required. There is a setup that must be done, http://www.homelink.com/program/watchvideo Hope this helps.. I do remember having to reprogram it after I messed it up the first time.

Might be a little late but this is a link to setup based on your car ... http://www.homelink.com/program/process/1

Has anyone had any luck with 22944268?  I bought a complete console off of eBay and I have having the same trouble mentioned here with 22944268.

Seller refunded my money from the console and told me to keep it, so I was looking to replace just the homelink module.  Looks like 22944268 is about $30 cheaper than the new part 23341161.

For anyone interested doing this mod on a 2018 (or wanting the bigger sunglasses holder with Homelink), by deductive reasoning, I found the new part number to be 84083245.

So just FYI for anyone interested in doing this.  PN: 84083245 is a direct replacement plug and play that took less than 5 minutes to complete the entire install.  I removed the stock overhead console and unplugged the main harness connector and plugged in the part number above and it worked.  I only had to switch out the passenger airbag light and put into the new part.  There was no additional harness to try and find a plug in for (this PN above included the harness for me along with the homelink).

I did NOT have the have any extra plugs to try and plug in or find a ground or power wire as some have mentioned previously as everything connected through the main harness.

Programming took 1 more minute and now having functional homelink, lights and passenger air bag light in less than 10 minutes.

I purchased on Ebay for less than $100.

This is on a 2014 LT without sliding rear window.  Ash grey in color.

I'm guessing you sent that guy on eBay a best offer to get it under $100? What did you offer him? I need one of these
