Air conditioning stoppped working

Recommended Posts

After putting nearly 5k miles on my truck in the last week my air conditioner stopped working yesterday. The control panel appears to be working fine. After stopping on the side of I-40 it looks like the A/C clutch is not engaging. Checked the fuses and swapped the fuel pump relay for the clutch with no improvement. Unfortunately due to all the recalls no loaners are available. :/

Yeah... I've been a cheerleader for GM for a very long time after owning every domestic make. Warped tailgate, hood that flexes at high speed, disproportionate number of chips on said hood, loose seat, busted a/c (might be road debris issue... We'll see on that), and GM's new design philosophy with respect to climate control/seat indications during remote start and normal operations, slag on body spot welds around tailgate, surface rust on the frame and axles.... Both of my 2007 Yukon (one Denali xl, one regular xl) survived with one recall for a windshield washer heater and a tsb for 6spd valve body. Something bad has happened to gm.Sent from my LG-G2
