Post your 2014+ wheel/tire set-up

Recommended Posts

Alright folks, just a quick question, is the factory 20x9 offset -24 or +24? I'm looking to put a set of Mastercraft Couser AXT 275/65R20 on the stock wheels, will there be any issues with rubbing?  Second option, looking a a set of Grid GD01 in a 20x9 with 0 offset, still will there be any issues with rubbing/trimming with said above tires?

So by going with the 0 offset wheels, I'm pushing the wheels outwards correct?

Thanks

Factory is +24. A 0 offset pushes the wheels out roughly a inch each side.

Actually I guess the 20x9 2014-18 half ton truck is +27.
The 17" and 18" wheels are + 24.
2013 and earlier are +31

My bad I saw your tag-name and thought you were referring to a 2500... which is +44 (at least for the 20” oem wheel)

Just got my wheels mounted.
I had already on 33" tires on stock wheels and then decide to get wheels.
Got these from AutoAnything with a price match for $165 each shipped.

Helo 20x9 0 offset.
They poke out just slightly which i wanted and looks better in person vs pictures i think. Next I will be replacing the side steps with a more sporty ones.

See my picture i posted. They are 0 offset and they push out just a tad bit, nothing drastic. If you went -24 they will stick out quite a bit.

Mine has no issues with rubbing with 275/60/20 tires.

I have a 2017 Silverado crew cab 4x4 that is leveled. I found a ridiculous deal on a set of 20x12 with a -44 offset and 33/12.50 tires. I’ve searched and can’t find the answer. Does anyone have this setup? Does it rub?

thanks, that's about what I'm looking for, just ordered the adjustable Bilstein 5100's for the front to level it off.  what is the hub bore size on your rims, do I need to go with the exact hub bore or can it be bigger?  if it's bigger, would the wheel line correctly by using just the lugs?

Mine are direct fit, you can go bigger hub but will need the appropriate reducing hub centric ring. I wouldnt trust just using the lugs to seat it perfectly. The rings are cheap and sometimes they come with the wheels.

I also have the 5100s set at highest level in these pictures.

yes it will rub. you will need to trim metal. This dude on another forum did it and details out what he cut...
