1999 Sierra vortecMAX 4x4....need help!!

Recommended Posts

I am looking to buy a 99 sierra vortecmax 4x4, buuuut the guy I'm buying it from has disconnected the front axle and LOWERED the truck. I can get the truck for a pretty good deal, although I am interested in lifting it back up and using the 4wd. Does anyone for see this being a huge pain or a risk worth taking? and a little info on what i may be getting into would be great... thanks in advance!

VortecMax was 2006-2008. So you were lied to. I wouldnt bother with it. No telling how he disconnected the 4wd without botching something. And he is advertising it as something that came out 7 years later
