Just bought a Terrain Denali 2015 a few weeks ago.

Intellilink system keeps freezing and rebooting every 15 mins or so.

When it is frozen, I lose any connected phone calls, ability to adjust temperature, use Nav system, change radio stations etc.

Delaer says this is a "known" issue with GM and that a software patch should be available "eventually"...

GM customer service does not seem to know of any issues with the 2015 Terrain intellilink.

What can I do, other than return the car and insist they take it back , or install a new system... not sure I want to have a new car that already has a replacement intellilink system.

I would find another dealer and get a second opinion. Not all of them know what they are doing unfortunately. If its acting up all the time…they need to fix it..bottom line. They have ways of getting the GM engineers involved to find a fix. Sounds like you’re going to need to do some screaming to get them to listen.
