Attention 2002-2003 Truck owners!

Hey you guys, hope you can help. I'm looking for the part# for a torsion bar crossmember out of a 2002-2003 4x4 p/u 1500. Dealer wont give it to me unless I have VIN#. Also if anyone has the measurement of the length of this crossmember, need to do some modification to my truck and would like to find out if it's going to fit under my frame. Hope you guys can help.
