2000 GMC Sierra head lights messing up

I use to have regular factory lights on my truck and then switched over to HID lights. So last night both of my HID bulbs blew so I switched back to my old lights and hooked everything up like its suppose to be. Well the lights on it now(factory lights) are not working proper. The driver side the low beam works just fine but the high mean will stay on as well but very Dim. Then the passenger side light both bulbs stay on but very dim. I also have it wired like it was before to where when you turn on high beams both beams come on but that's not causing the problem. I have tried everything to try to fix it and can't find a solution to my problem.
