2002 Duramax 6.6 engine/Allison auto/4X4 drive-line -Trades?

Have an excellent drive-line for your conversion/project. It's a 2002 Silverado 3500 4X4 dually, bed and frame rusty. Frame would not pass NY inspection.

 

Duramax 6.6 Turbo Diesel, Allison 5sp auto, 2 speed manual transfer case, 373 gears, nice tires on 16" budd wheels, dump works. Under 70,000 original miles, runs & drives excellent. Would like to trade for a streetrod project, backhoe or sell it for 4K.
