Absolutely brilliant. I wish I was able to turn my mechanical fury down a little from building race cars and trucks so I could do detail work like that. I'd end up opening the light with a hammer, lol. I'm a MECHANICAL engineer, not an ELECTRICAL engineer for a reason. But bravo, sir.

Danger, spurshot made those brackets for you? I got the plastic ones from fast headlights.

The plastic ones from fast are for the FX-R projector. Very strong projector but I wanted OEM and it just so happened that sputshot was doing the same project and he helped me out huge.

Couldn't have done it without him. Amazing fella!

Danger im just curious why you didnt cut open the lense like fast does or mike 1220 did? Any specific reason? I know its a pain in the butt to do it that way.

Not cutting is a better way to do it. It produces a much cleaner looking finished product. By not cutting open the Sierra lights, you can get away with a single 3/8" or 1/2" hole if you prefer on the bottom of the housing so that it look as stock/untouched (including not modifying the dust caps) as you can make it.

Yeah guys I agree. Messed up thing is I already cut the back open on one of them before deciding to try to open the front. Gonna try again to pry open the front. Still on the first one. Lol

I got it open. Tried 260 for 20 min. That dang permaseal hardens back up pretty quick though. Kept putting it back in for 10 min.

OK danger. Second one was ten times easier than the first one because I figured out what I was doing. Kept it hot after being in there for 20min. Pryed all around with the flathead, and then put it back in for 15min. Pulled it right out and began separating it. Came out like a champ. Didn't bend up the second one near as bad as the first. Probably gonna add a little butyl after I'm done and put it back in the oven to heat things up. Then seal her back up.
