Been blasting the AC for days and some nights.....

How long have you been in SoCal, that's why his power went out. You're using too much electricity on the grid when temps climb to triple digits. But don't laugh too loud, you'll be next

The Internet has them so they are real

Well, I've heard if it's on the internet it's true...point taken, but still...Card? We don't need no stinkin' card! We have women who can certify us as "real men." I guess without the card we must be "outlaws" and outlaws are always the most manly of all.

So in reply to all the posts about revoking Mancard privileges, I'll take the hit because this weekend was epic. I need a long weekend to recover from the weekend;) See I learned a long time ago that 10% effort on my part is returned 10 fold. So... go ahead and revoke or deduct or whatever. Oh, and if you see me on the freeway today, come say hi. I'll be the guy with the perm-grin.

Just SMILE!!!

How do you run a hair dryer on a 150W outlet?

No blow dryer. That thing is like 2k watts. Just the curling and flat iron.

We're doing a photo studio right now and they are asking for four 30 circuits for four makeup stations in the dressing room because of this.

Professional blowdryer: 2000-2200 watts

Professional curling iron: 250-450 watts

Professional flat iron: 250-450 watts

On top of that, each station has makeup lights and phone chargers...

....looking at the man card again it says 'girly behavior will result in revocation'. (loool)

skav didn't behave girly at all - he and his truck really saved the day and deserves extra points and a voucher for some gas! Good job - love it!

In my old Tahoe I kept a good inverter in the console just so my wife could curl or flat iron her hair. She is always late for everything so it worked out great. We would get some strange looks as we're driving down the road and she's curling her hair. So far in the new truck this has not been requested but she has found the plug...

Still surprised the outlet was able to power a curling iron...the heat must of been really low but worked in a pinch but overall the curling iron was not as good as if plugged into a home outlet. Probably would of got close results using a cold curling iron. Either way if your wife was happy, that's what counts.

The pink is for curling the hair...the other one to straighten it out again. I guess.
