Any ideas what brand to get to slow down burning them out.

After my Delphi experience with their crap stepper motors in my gauge cluster and about a zillion others with the same experience, I'd trust Delphi about as far as I can throw them.

Denso, Delphi or AC Delco

Like how many have you had go bad on you? It shouldn't be many or very often. I've got 222,000 on my 03 and have only replaced one, the #2, bank 2 sensor in all that time. As far as brands go I hear the Bosch are decent but most from the auto parts store should be just fine.
