Measurements that aren't in the Specifications

Hello all,

 

A new 2500 4x4 is on my short list of trucks, but there's a couple measurements I can't find in the Specifications. My wife is mobility-limited so these are important to know.

 

I'll be installing a set of AMP steps because they reach lower, but I just need to know our starting points:

 

What is the height of the cab floor from the ground, and the height of the seat cushion from the ground?

 

Could somebody with a bone-stock (no tall tires or lift) 2500 make these measurements for us? We'd really appreciate it.
