08 Silverado lower hinge repair

Hi guys and gals, don't know if this is the correct place to post this. But I have the dreaded squeeking/ popping door on my 08. I have bought a dorman hinge pin and bushing kit, the thing looks to have every piece except the pin and roller bushing. Now am I missing something or do I need to get another kit for this? I've looked at other kits but they seem to all be the same. The only other thing I've seen is the greasable pin which looks to be correct...
