During the reprogram, I do believe video in motion is unlocked. I will verify that and get back to you soon.

OK. Got all the answers and new prices:

$525 gets you Vin change and reprogramming, basically just factory operation

$625 gets you all the upgrades and operations available including video in motion. This is also with me paying over $200 for covering the rest of programming fee and shipping to vendor and to you.
