99-06 what supports the air box tray?

Trying to convert my ex bagged truck to a truck with fenders. I have the air box tray, what does the air box tray sit on? Is it removable or welded?

I just had the one in my 06 out of the truck a few days ago. If it's anything like my truck it's removable. It looks similar to the battery tray.

Curious to what the tray sits on? I have tray just need to know it brackets under bolt on or where they mount?

The one side bolts to the inner fender of the truck, and the other bolts up to a few brackets.
