Fluid change required?

I have always did the fluid changes every 30k miles and it has worked for me. Funny thing is that all of the truck in my companies fleet are beat to death and the only fluid that is ever changed is the oil and it is rarely done on time and the only powertrain failure I have seen is when a quick lube place forgot to put oil back in the truck.

My 06 Silverado I bought new in 06,sold it last fall. Drove it for 9years only changed oil. 0 problems,the guy I sold it to was going to change tranny fluid. Talked to him 3 days ago and he has had 0 problems with it.....maybe I should have just keep that truck,it was a good one.
