Seat Belts stuck after crashing

Recommended Posts

Hello. I own a 2010 Chevy Silverado LT 4x4 CrewCab. Recently I has an accident and both of the front airbags deployed, now the front seat belts are stuck, is there a way to unlock them? or is it necessary to buy new ones?

I know safety comes first but they are a litlle expensive and I can't afford them, Any help will be appreciated

Nope, you must buy new ones, the pre-tensioners did their job in the collision and "cinched" on impact, I've even seen quite a few trucks in collsions where the air bags didn't deploy but the pre-tensioners still blew.
