My first enormous truck ;)

Brand new 2016 Silver Ice Chevy Silverado Crew Cab LT/1LT with some add-ons. 39k out the door.

 

Man, looking at these beauties at the dealership and driving them are awesome. But it wasn't until I went to put her in my, what I thought was a good size, garage I realized how huge these trucks really are. After quite a bit of reconfiguring we got her to fit, within about 8 inches.

HAHA, I know the feeling. I have a black box made out of duct tape on my wall that i put the receiver in. I have to lock the parking brake so it doesn't roll forward and then I still have less than an inch when the door comes down.

Congrats on the new truck and welcome to the site. I wonder how far I'd have to smash into my living room to make my truck fit, even if the garage was empty. I think the only truck that ever fit in this garage was my '73 c10 reg cab long bed. Even then had to take the bar off the back end of it.

Thanks folks! Great to be here. I'll be reading up and hopefully contributing to the MOD section. I've done quite a bit of work on my 2011 Camaro SS. Didn't get my 4x4 but this'll work for the next few years.
