Bumper fitment from '09 to '13

Hello. Just bought a 2013 gmc sierra 2500hd extended cab and ther rear bumper is dented abit. Would like to replace it and found a mint condition rear bumper off a 2009 gmc sierra 2500hd. I am thinking It would fit with no modifications but would like to make sure before I go ahead with the purchase. Thanks alot for any and all answers!
