Looking for a good shop around Tulsa

Recommended Posts

I bought a 71 about 5 years ago with intentions of rebuilding it myself. Hasn't worked out that way....

So now rather than letting it set and rust I want to have someone else do the work. Doesn't need a whole lotta work. Would like to put in a fuel injected v8, fix the a/c, move the gas tank, disk brakes, sound proof the cab and other stuff. Just really want a dependable truck i can afford to drive. Right now it has a big block in it that drinks the gas. 6-8 mpg.

Can anyone point me to a good shop within 100 miles of Tulsa?

I have seen some trucks with the drip rail removed. Is there problems with water coming through the door seals if you do this? any other issues this might cause?

I appreciate your help.post-159960-146764060667_thumb.jpgpost-159960-146764061976_thumb.jpgpost-159960-146764063013_thumb.jpgpost-159960-146764063625_thumb.jpg
