2005 Duramax electric issue. Help!

A few days ago I started to have a electrical issue that has become a huge headache. I first noticed a issue when my dash backlights stopped working and my window wouldn't roll down. After a few minutes all was well. The next day I tried to use my key fob to unlock the truck and it wouldn't work. I get in the truck and my window won't roll down, AC doesn't work, power locks don't work, done lights don't work, and a few other things don't work associated with the body control module. I first checked my grounds to make sure they were okay. I ended up regrounded get them. At first this fixed my issue but as soon as I tried to roll the window down my problem was back. I've tried disconnecting batteries and that didn't work. Checked fuses and they were good. i really want to avoid going to the dealership because I don't feel like spending $1500 or so right now. I'm not too familar with the duramax trucks as I've only owned gassers, but it sounds like the body control module is probably going bad. I think they pretty much just plug in after taking the dash parts off. More of a pain to get to than anything. So maybe spend the $100 on it at the local parts store and make sure you can take it back! Plug it in and see if it works. If not take it back. No harm done.

first check that it is getting good power and ground, they are more likely to fail than the bcm

I re did the grounds on the frame and body. Everything was working for a few days until I washed the truck last night. Im at a loss.

Finally figured it out. It's the windshield wiper motor. I unplugged it and everything has worked! I guess time will tell if that's really the cause but so far so good. If anyone has a spare windshield wiper motor laying around, let me know!
