Loose Fog Lamps

The fog lamps on my 01 tahoe bounce around when I hit bumps. I assume its just the air dam (which they are mounted in) is just bouncing around down there. Anyone do anything to reenforce this?

I make a couple brackets out of some thin aluminum I had laying around, then sprayed it with some of that spray on bed/wheel well liner stuff. It works very well.
