Tailgate LightBar Wiring?

Recommended Posts

Thanks for the reply... and the one I have also has the 4 pin connector and I could hook it that way.. (and I might) but I was thinking about hard wiring the whole thing. so the plug is not hanging out..

I used this simple T connector and just hard wired the reverse wire off of the connector! This way the plug and all the wiring is behind the bumper.

Thanks!! I like this solution. I currently have it wired to the flat four in the front with a pigtail extension going under the license plate. It don't look to bad.. but I do like this options... But the t-Harnes is more than I paid for the light bar :P I leave it like I got it far awhile see how I like it...
