Will 2500HD Running Boards Fit 1500??

Recommended Posts

Will 2016 Sierra HD CC running boards fit my 2016 Sierra 1500 CC? This may have been answered but I can't seem to find it.

Yeah they will but if they HD is a diesel the front 2 brackets on the passenger side will look a little different, they will still fit. If its a gasser its the same as 1500

Well good deal! Just to clarify though, I can use the same brackets that go around the DEF tank and it will bolt onto my truck?

You should be able to.

And that is because the brackets are off center on passenger side or is it going to be hung in an awkward location? Only reason I'm considering is because I found a pair of take off's for $200 on Craigslist. If its going to look dumb I'll just wait for a pair that match to show up. Thanks for y'all's help.

They line up the same both sides (where they bolt to the rocker) the only difference will be the inner rocker brackets which nobody will ever see.
