Looking for a private party 6.2 L9H 2010+

Hi all,

I am shopping for a used 6.2. I would prefer a non Denali because of the selectable transfer case and optional 3:73 gears. According to the sales brochure specs a 3:73 vs 3:42 AWD is only good for a 1000lb towing difference. 10,400 for crew 3:73 6.2 and 9400 for crew 6.2 3:42.

 

What do you think about this 2011 Denali AWD for 24k? Trying to find a crew cab non denali private party 6.2 is almost impossible lol. I would prob put 285/70/17 (32.7") tires. I tow a 3000lb trailer with my trusty 97 350 k1500 but would like to upgrade to a larger toy hauler someday. 6000lb to 9000lb range.

I assume highway mpg is not a big difference between AWD 6.2 vs 4x4 6.2
