Rear Sway Bar (lowered truck)

Curious if anyone knows if someone other than Hellwig makes a rear sway bar for these trucks. I contacted them and they say their 7735 rear bar will not work with more than a 4" rear drop. They simply do not make end links short enough to support this application. Truck will sit at a 2/5 drop.

you might have it installed but it's not correct. (the first picture)The endlink bracket that bolts to the frame tube is supposed to be horizontal. That small tab that is bolted to the endlink itself will eventually break.

My truck was lowered 6 in the rear and the 7735 fit, probably had another .5in on the end links. If you need to carry the spare tire, it won't fit.

Works fine, when/if it breaks I'll build a better one.

So I will need to remove the spare tire to install this kit ?

 

How much of an improvement did it make ?

I have the Hellwig 7735 installed on my truck stock ride height and I did not remove the spare. I had no clearance issues at all with the spare
