Sorry, Do you drive a 2500? Reason I ask is this is different than drop in HID bulbs. We have HIDs stock and are just putting in higher wattage bulbs.

If you’re using the stock housings from a 16 and up 1500 truck, I apologize.

My truck is a 17 Denali 2500 that came stock with 25w HIDs.

My bad. I had thought you were in a Silverado for some reason.

Morimoto 5500k bulb attachicon.gifIMG_20170928_203405879-1336x1002.jpg

They are definitely brighter and whiter then the stock bulbs. Well worth the money. Thanks limited360

Great comparison shot right there! Glad they worked out, any issues or concerns please reach out.

Id like to know if the Morimoto bulbs improve the high beam range the stock high beam is hardly a difference over low beam or by being brighter do they light up farther ?

I forgot to do a high beam comparison but it definitely helps the high beam for brightening it up. For the distances I can't tell a difference but even with stock bulbs they beam out pretty far. I adjusted mine a turn up because I felt they were too low.

Picture 2 appears whiter and brighter but you can see more of what is ahead of you in picture 1. I believe you can have too much light for normal driving.

I live in rural area and drive mostly back roads. They are a lot of deer out here and I like to see them before i hit them. Yes probably if you live in the city the stock bulbs will do just fine for you.
