After market wheel question

I've got a 2000 Chevy Z71 Ext cab. I'm trying to figure out what wheel to put on it. I'm going with Mickey Thompson Classic III black. Going to go with 17 inch tire size. What im struggling with is figuring out the offset and backspacing of the wheel in order to not have it stick out from the truck any more than it has to. Any advice on this is appreciated.

It looks to me that your only option is a -12 in that wheel. That will stick out quite a bit from the fender wheel being a negative offset, probably around 1".
