Kevin zellweger
I recieved the replacement brake clips for the parking brakes, now i need to change them and adjust the brakes, i need to know if the caliper bolts need to be torqued to a certain limit? also what is the amount of torque applied to the wheel nuts. Next I am looking to add some misc lights to my truck, underneath, in the grill and under the dash, which fuse box would be the best to connect to and also are there any wires to stay away from when connecting. any input would appreiated and this is still the best truck forum around. Have a good day and thanks
bigtruck21
I only know about the wheel nuts. Mine is an 03 and need to be torqued to 140ftlbs. I'd assume yours is similar, but even the dealer didn't have them torqued that tight.

Kevin zellweger
I do the number for the S/T Models are 88936340 And For the C/K and M/L models it is 88982879 The Clips should be about $10 CDN and your dealer should be able to confirm the number on the computer. kshuart
I haven't seen the TSB, but usually the S-10's are referred to as S/T (2wd/4wd) and the L/M is the minivan platform (2wd/AWD).
