Are these for A/C seats?

Are they perforated? No. I had these on my old truck with heated seats and they transferred the heat through. I would assume they would cool as well.

I have a set of these...they are tough as nails.

 

I had a screwdriver in my back pocket one day and got in the truck to move it, didn't even leave a mark. Easy to clean to, just throw them in the washing machine.
