Came off my girls 2013 4Runner, they aren't hub centric for GM trucks however I ran them on my truck while working on vibration issues and they're great.

 

17x8 +12 Enkei - Black Wheels - great shape no curb rash
Nitto G2 Grappler Tires 285/70/17

 

Not sure how many miles on them.. but lots of tread left.

 

My truck was lowered 3/6 when ran these and the front only slightly rubbed at just about full lock. I would say if stock or leveled shouldn't have any issues.
