Can anyone find out what this part is called?

This bracket that holds a 4 plug plate for the rear taillight wiring. it is mounted on the rear of the frame at the last cross member. I cant find it in my drunken stumbles, a part # or where I can buy one would be a huge help

Not trying to revive a dead thread, but I was looking around for these and couldn't find one.  They are discontinued.  However, there is an aftermarket one available on ebay that is stainless steel.  So it shouldn't rust out.  Hopefully, this helps someone.
