6.0L Muffler Swap

Although my truck is not a drone machine whatsoever I was looking at some old duramax exhausts I have kicking around.  The one has the pipes cut right off so you can see inside the muffler.  It's a nice full 3.5" muffler that is pretty straight through. I might flange one up and put it on the old 17.  There is nothing "performance" about the truck so if it was quiet that would be fine.  Not to mention unlike the original garbage can that was on the truck these Duramax units stay at pipe size and are more or less a free flow.

 

Plus it even has basically the same goofy offset the stock 6 liter muffler did lol.  I have 3 of the damn things that are new take offs so what the heck.
