Power folding mirrors not folding

I bought a used 2016 2500hd with 16k miles Certified Preowned  in Dec. of 2017 got the extended warranty and everything. I've only put 4k on it and just realized that not everything on the power folding mirrors work, like the back up lights, the marker lights, and they don't fold. The checklist on the CPO doesn't have that listed just that the defrost works. Am I Screwed?
