Alarm Sounding When Connecting the Battery and more...

I have a 2014 Sierra and recently disconnected the terminals to clean them. When I reconnected the negative the alarm sounded until I pressed the lock button twice on the remote. This led to other issues though.

Now when I unlock the truck the horn sounds 3 times after a few seconds, the automatic light control goes on and off multiple times and the engine will not turn over unless there truck is locked once you get inside.

Has anyone had similar issues and how have you fixed them?
