Need help in Houston water contaminated fuel knocked out my truck

Got it running. Disconnected the fuel line from the rail and connected to a garden hose and let the fuel pump blow out the anterior lines and fuel filter. Lots more contaminated fuel maybe 2 -3 gallons. Truck then started rough and smoothed out. Filled tank with premium and dry gas and now running on freeway in 3rd gear 4-5k rpm to burn it out. Still occasional stumble buts it's running!!

truck seems to be running normally now. Got more 93 oct in it. Got a check engine light for "fuel contaminated with water" once but now getting persistent P0430 catalyst below efficiency that pops back shortly after clearing it

I'd run it for a few more days or tanks and then try to reset the code and see if it stays cleared. Try running a tank without all the additives though
