1994 Chevy 3500HD

I have a 94 3500HD, starts up fine and runs good, but after about a minute of running it starts running rough and it will loose power and acceleration, will not go over 25MPH, does anybody have any ideas of what it could be?

Weird as this may sound, you could have junk in the gas tank and clogging the pick up. Happen to me once. My truck would go two miles and shut off, ten minutes later start up and go.

This probably should be moved to the GMT-400 page.  But I would replace the fuel filter as well.  Does it act any different when its cold vs. warm?

Fuel filter replaced, fuel control module replaced, cat was removed, oil changed, I'm at a loss
