P0307 misfire #7

I have a 2009 GMC Sierra 5.3 with a code p0307 misfire # 7 cylinder and stability track flashing on the display.swapped the coil, plug wireand spark plug but still the same,also checked with a spark tester and no spark on #7. Any ideas?

if you dont have spark on #7 at all then you have a wiring issue to the coil pack or a driver issue inside the ECM. but i do believe they have shared drivers so you would have more then 1 cylinder doing this. so most likely a wiring issue from the coil pack to the ecm.
